There’s no way to place an order over the phone because no one answers the phone
Makes my iphone lag
For some reason the my everytime, I opened the app it made my phone lag. When using the app it was fine, but when trying to switch to another app without closing it my phone started lagging.
Confusing
The app was confusing to use.
Did not get registration reward
I signed up with my email and phone information under the guise of $5 off of my order which was not submitted at checkout. That is very cheesy.

Crashing
What’s the point of the app? It crashes almost seconds after opening the app. Hard to order anything from it when it doesn’t stay open long enough to use it.
App closes
The app closes when trying to use for no reason. Deleted it and downloaded again but still have the same issues.
Very clunky
Love the food and restaurant but genuinely cannot go 2 minutes on the app without it crashing and restarting. Very very clunky and slow.
App Crashes
Try to open rewards shows it for a second before closing it out to black screen. Love going to a restaurant for the rewards program where I can’t access my rewards.
App not working
I love Rotolo’s and wish that this app starts to work again. It opens and closes back up within seconds. It had a recent update, but did not address the problem. Please fix the problem.
Glitchy
New customer. Downloaded app at restaurant and will not function for more than 15 seconds before turning to a black screen. I’ve reinstalled to no avail. Makes it difficult to offer a rewards program via an app that is not functional. Food is good though.
App closes after 30 seconds
Just installed the app, and tried to open it. Screen goes black before I can enter my credentials. Tried removing and reinstalling but same issue.
