Roughin: Blueprint Reader

Roughin puts your blueprints and plan sets on your phone. Made for contractors, electricians, plumbers, framers and foremen who work from the plans. Upload a blueprint PDF. Roughin splits it into sheets, reads each sheet number and title, and sorts them by trade: architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and civil. If a sheet lands in the wrong group, you can move it. You can also build your own sets and open several sheets together as a stack. FIND A SHEET Search by sheet number or title and go straight to it. MARKUP AND MEASURING Draw markups on any sheet. Set the scale, then measure lengths and areas on the drawing. CONSTRUCTION CALCULATOR Works in feet, inches and fractions, or metric, with triangles, areas and volumes. Save a result to a sheet's notes. NOTES AND PHOTOS Notes on a sheet can be personal or shared with your crew. Add site photos to a project and mark them up. Crop any part of a sheet to share it. ROUGHIN TEAMS For crews and companies. Set up on the Roughin website; the app uses the same login. ASK AI Included with Solo and Pro. Ask a question about your plans and it shows which sheets it used. AI can be wrong, so check the drawing before you cut, pour or order. PLANS Free: 15 sheet uploads and 3 new projects a month, plus the calculator and notes. Solo ($14.99 a month): 60 sheet uploads a month, markups, measuring, photos, sorting by trade, sheet stacks and Ask AI (30 questions a month). Pro ($29.99 a month): 300 sheet uploads a month, unlimited projects and 60 Ask AI questions a month.
