Непонятно главное: как реализован алгоритм случайных чисел? То есть "программный блок вращения рулетки" - вовсе не прозрачен.
Есть подозрение, что числа выпадаю не случайным образом...

Roulette is a game of luck, some losses are definitely expected. We do design our machines to provide good payout. However, the game is based on RNG(Random Number Generator) which makes the outcome totally random. I understand the Quest can be challenging but with higher degrees of difficulty come higher payouts. Besides, you can always play the many other features.
