At one time I loved this app, but now since they take away points all the time, it’s hard to even figure the app works. Within 3 months I have gone from 1,100 to 100 points. To get a free pizza I have to spend $600 to get back to 750 and get a free pizza. So spend $750 and get a $40 pizza free. That is only a 6% savings. No challenges to get bonus points. No 10x dollars. So just a 6% rebate if you spend that in a month. Confused as what this app gets me, especially when to can only redeem at certain places and not all Round Tables

Scam App no longer works, uninstalled
App has many bugs and glitches that never get fixed. They will steal your money for a glitched order than never happened

After several years you would think a chain would get the hint to improve. Round Table is the JCPenney of the pizza realm.
Here are the issues:
There is no autofill for payment options. It does not remember your information and when you do, it takes ten lifetimes for it to even submit your order.
The rewards are bunz. I spent $80 (without taxes) and was given 70 points.
There is no order tracker, which is so pathetically bad, being in 2026 going into 2027 and they don’t have this available. Not only that but your confirmation number means nothing. Because all they do is third party their contract to DoorDash. Which does not notify you of pick up or even progress until they’re on their way to you. I made an order at 1534, the projected time for delivery was 1625.
Guess what, it is 1746 and I only JUST received a message that my food is going to be picked up. Not delivered, not processed. That someone from DoorDash will eventually pick it up.
Not only does the confirmation number do nothing. You can’t go back to it if you refresh the app. The only way to track your order is to take a screen shot. Don’t bother going to your order history, it’s not going to show you anything.
Round Table, over all, is beyond inferior to the rest of the pizza applications. Little Ceasars, Dominos, Mountain Mikes, and Pizza Factory have all stepped up in the last few years. But Round Table insists on offering poor app quality.

Stuck on verify phone number screen
Fix this known issue.
Terrible App
Accidentally ordered a pizza 1000 miles away because it never saves my default location. And will reset to the other location if you restart your order.

Incredibly glitchy
Terrible app. Very glitchy, redirects to the wrong location, loses orders. You’re better off just making a phone call (or ordering from somewhere else).
2026 and no Apple Pay
Yeah. I don’t like entering my credit card information every time. App looks like it’s trying to scam me and they have function errors as the error reasoning for coupon entry.

Why have the ability to Sign in/create account with my Apple profile but then NOT have the option to use Apple Pay?

I’m not sure who’s running the app for Round Table but this is the most pathetic app I have ever used. And in the world of AI there is no excuse.
App never works
This app never works. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times and it continues to tell me my phone number is not found but then I can’t sign up because my phone number is taken? Garbage.
Poor app design
If you can’t remember if you had an account and you go to open a new one, you can’t back out. Even force closing the app won’t let you go back to the sign in screen, I had to delete the app to reattempt sign-in. May as well just order pizza somewhere else since the devs don’t know about back buttons
