Pleasant Sounding Alarm
I originally downloaded the Round Timer app to time my interval training to allow me to switch between sessions of Pilates, yoga, and cardio moves. I put the playlist on the silent option so that I could focus on my workout. It even has a cute message for when you inevitably must take a break.
What I liked about it was the interface was easy to use and interact with, and that the app itself worked similarly to the Pomadero timer. You can set the timer to the desired minutes and it divided your minutes into “rounds” that you can either take a break from or switch tasks. I eventually ended up using the app the way I think it is intended to be used in that I used it to time an online word game that I played with my friend. This app has multiple purposes and I intend to try several more for it.
I am very interested to see how this app develops and use future versions of it. The one thing that could be Improved on is the choice of music for the playlists. I would like to be able to sync songs from Spotify, Soundcloud, and external storage sites like Dropbox. Very recommended app!
