Frustrating app
Every month when I make my payment.I have to reset passwords and it is very frustrating.

For what it is, it’s very simple, easy to navigate, not a bad app. For those who are saying it’s bad, they just don’t know how to use it. It is kind of frustrating when it doesn’t let you connect your info for zelle, but with some effort and finagling with the website, finally got it to work. If y’all need someone else to help develop this app for future updates, let me know! I could help make this app as seamless as the chase bank app :)

Enrollment
Always tells me unable to process my enrollment. No matter how many times this app refuses to let me go any further. It won’t let me enroll, if my life depended on this app working I’d be screwed… Fix it already…
