Best GPS golf tracker
I don’t know how this app is not more popular. They just done advertise. But it’s the best one out there. After one round you’ll be convinced.
Great for distances on the watch
If all you want is distances to the Front/Middle/Back of the green from the watch, this app is for you. Need to get out the phone and tap for cover distances over hazards and traps, but that is expected.
Plus on the free version, if you record your shot from where you played it, it will keep track (on the watch) how far away you are from the stroke point which is very helpful if need help locating the ball.
My only quibble is that the default club selected on 2nd and 3rd shots can be unreasonable given the distance. I’m not using my 60deg wedge from 185 yards. Lots of unneeded scrolling on the watch to choose which club I used.

Roundabout Golf Tracker
Simply the best - all you need to know about your round and where to improve
Great
Love the way it records my swings.
Stops working during game
On many occasions the app seems to stop receiving signals from the Apple Watch. Net result is you are missing 6 to 8 holes a score. Sometimes it catches up and loads afterwards.

Was great until now
Loved this app and recommended to everyone, until recently when I got a new phone and i guess the newer ios or version of the app suddenly took away a lot of the features that were available with the free version so it’s kind of useless now except for distances. Will be using a different app from now on

Issues
Im having issues with the free version, the watch and phone are not on the same hole. And question, at my golf league we sometimes start on the last 2 holes of 18 with 3 course choices. Is there a different way to put in the course other than exit and starting again?
Not what I expected
This app sucks the life out of the game. It is not intuitive and wish I had not subscribed and thrown away $60. The only thing I like is the watch portion of the app which does provide fairly accurate distance to the pin and the only reason I gave it 2 stars. It limits the clubs you can play and track which is ridiculous. I'm sure this app was developed by an online gamer or a data analyst and not a golfer. O was hoping for something much simpler. I spend times between holes trying to enter my last fairway info and it is inaccurate most of the time. This isn't for the average player looking to get basic info on your game. This is for the serious player who wants to spend his time on course with their face in the app and missing out on the experience and enjoyment with friends.

Great with Apple Watch
I’ve been using Roundabout for 3 years. I think the watch interface works well. I probably clean up less than 6-7 shots per round. I use the birdie version and like seeing how Ive been playing a hole. It does help with strategy to see when I score better from. Be

Love the app, just needs an update for the course.

Stagnant
Great product and excellent auto shot tracking using an Apple Watch but if you have a query or support issue expect to wait several weeks before you get a response. Feels stagnant when you see other apps constantly working to add new features.
Great app
Handy app. Great features.
Best value platform
I have been a long term user (4+ years)of the phone and watch app. It is a great app, very reliable. Love the new high contrast watch screen. The strokes gained and target data are invaluable for focussed practice

A Great App with Great Potential
I’ve been using this app for around a year now and I love it. It’s helped me improve my game and the range finder on the Apple Watch is invaluable.
A few features feel unpolished such as recording shots on the green, and it also thinks I’m using a lob wedge when I’m 200 yards away from the pin… I look forward to seeing it improve in the incoming years.
