I most enjoyed reading how my weaknesses are strengths in their own sense and how to apply these strengths in more productive ways in everyday life. I feel like I understand myself better.

Meaningful, personalized 360 feedback
Having worked personally and professionally with other 360 feedback tools, I’m very impressed with Roundtable! The unique way it combines the feedback into personalized, meaningful insights is powerful and puts it heads and shoulders above anything else I’ve used. With other tools, the summaries are either biased by the writer or so boiler plate that it could apply to anyone. Roundtable insights are a subjective combination of all input and very specific to the user. I was unexpectedly moved by the specificity, accuracy, and how personal the insights felt.

Sent out a few surveys to friends and was kind of blown away but what came back. Stuff I didn’t really know about myself and some things I can work on. This app is pretty powerful.
