I downloaded the app so that way I can put together a pick up order. But the app keeps crashing. I uninstall and then install the app over and over. Still doesn’t work.
Functionality needs work.
Freezes in between making orders, requiring me to uninstall the app. A few seconds ago I was trying to add something in my cart for next weeks grocery pick up and the app wouldn’t open at all.

For the last week or so, I can barely even use the app every time I open it. It just keeps resetting itself and refreshing. I’ve spent half the time just looking at a rotating R. If you can just please fix that everything else would be a five star.

You all need to add the Hattiesburg store to the location search in the app.
Very glitchy

Geared for delivery, not shopping
The use of the app for in store shopping is clunky and unresponsive. I can make a list, but can’t re-access it. List doesn’t show store location of items like the Publix app does. Developers, take a lesson. Study the Publix app and imitate it.
Needs an Update
The app is glitching constantly. Can’t add an item to my cart without it refreshing. Was using this service at least once per week but with the current state of the app, it’s pointless. Will be finding another curbside shopping option.
Order pickup
App said my order was ready for pickup, I arrived and app now says order is not ready for pickup. I have refreshed the app and it says order is ready for pickup and brings customers in a circle.
App won’t open iOS 18.6.2
App won’t open at all. Repeatedly says error occurred. I’m on IOS 18.6.2.
Too many glitches
The app logs me out and does not remember the user name, so I waste time typing everything in when I get to the store to pick up my order. Also, the shopper apparently cannot see the backup items, so they are listing all the alternatives when in reality the item I selected as a replacement is right there. Why have the option of the shopper cannot see it?

App needs an update!
This app needs an update immediately, it’s very buggy. It will restart and wipe your whole shopping cart. Very annoying.
Doesn't always work
The app often suddenly refreshes in the middle of a search. The constant refreshing to the home page leaves you virtually unable to actually do anything with the app. So frustrating!
Awful app
Refreshes and loses cart input and credit card transaction. Albertsons beats them hands down. No virtual shopping at Rouses with this cluster
Stop logging me out
Why do I have to type in my email address and password over and over and over and over and over again? Then when I arrive at the store, I have to type it all in again just to check in. Stop it already.
This app keeps logging me out. Nowhere to sign in
Recently the app logs me out daily and it’s so annoying it’s really annoying. Useless logged out again. Deleted this useless app. I think they just gave up on this app
Ugh
This app has gotten worse if that’s possible. It at least used to allow me to stay logged in, however now I have to choose location and login every time I use it. Please hire someone to fix this app. I’ve also noticed many items are not found even though you sell them in store. Having this service for customers is great but it’s lacking.

Recent Update
The additional steps just to access the app makes it a chore. Select Pickup, enter zip code and then select a store…even when logged into the app. Also getting logged out of the app to frequently. This means performing all of the above steps, plus logging in just to “check in” to pickup an order. And “yes”, I select keep me logged in.

Great time saver
This is a great time saver, I only wish that purchases I made through the app would give me a barcode for my receipt that I could use to redeem the products I purchased that are eligible for Ibotta rebates.
