Routa Cycling Companion is the remote control app for Routa Cycling — control your indoor training from your phone. Connect to the Routa Cycling app running on your tablet or computer over the local Wi-Fi network. Once paired, you can: • Browse and search the full workout library • Start a workout with one tap • Track live metrics: power, heart rate, cadence, speed, distance, and calories • Adjust intensity, toggle ERG mode, and skip intervals in real time • Pause, resume, and finish your ride • Review a detailed post-ride summary Pairing is instant — scan the QR code shown in Routa Cycling or let auto-discovery find your device. The connection is encrypted with TLS and protected by a one-time pairing approval. Routa Cycling Companion requires the Routa Cycling app running on another device on the same local network.
