Pointless!!! Please update!!!
The old app was awesome! Everything was up to date! I could check my points and promotions and would immediately drive that way to play! But I never even bother going anymore! The points are wrong… my promotions do not show up! I’m not going to drive 30-40 minutes to hope I have a reason to! I’ll just drive 10 minutes to Santa Ana where I can see exactly what my points are and exactly what free play I am being offered! It sucks because I loved Route 66… but not knowing what the benefits are for driving so far, makes it not worth the hassle!! 😞

Good idea BUT….
It’s great that you all have an app, but it’s not accurate and not updated. Feels almost pointless
Why Have an app that doesn’t work?
Won’t even let you enter your phone number to access the app or you card. This app needs to be updated so people can use it correctly. Bad way to do business.
Horrible
They had my phone number wrong other system. I was told on the app to go see some one in reception. I went to the players club they had my phone number wrong and updated it. Isabella told me to wait 30 second to 1 min and try again. I waited over 20 minutes and it still don’t work!
Meh
Had to go in person to fix log in bug. The app doesn’t reflect my points or promos.
