Bad customer support
I’ve been experiencing issues. The button for report an issue does not work on the app. They are no help in resolving issues. When you enter an address it pops up a completely different place.

It’s a great app but the price is just far too much. I won’t be subscribing, just can’t afford it.

En mi dispositivo presenta pequeños errores, pero me ha gustado mucho el diseño y la forma de interactuar, puedes arreglarla, solo se crea el primer punto de la ruta, los demás no.

Keeps Freezing
This would be a great app if it didn’t freeze every 2 seconds. I have to force close it every single time. It’s very annoying when you are trying to work.
Need IPad Version
Doesn’t work with iPad. It’s upside down when you open app. Works on iPhone though.
Fantastic App!
Have tried them all and the only other one which is as good as this is Circuit though that has a fairly steep monthly charge for something that really doesn't need to charge monthly at all. I love this app although I've only been using it for a day so far. Does everything I need it to do (adding multiple stops and optimising them automatically) and does it really well.
Only one thing I would ask for which would save quite a lot of time but could there possibly be a setting so that when you search an address and then click on it when found it would automatically get added to the map instead of needing to click on 'Quick Add Stop'? As I have many stops to add to routes it would be great to be able to add them all as quickly as possible. It's only a small thing but would make a ton of difference if that were possible?
Other than that, so far I have not found any negatives at all. Pretty much does what it says on the tin sort of thing. Very happy with purchase and a massive thank you to the developer for creating the App!

Hate the update
This app was super useful for my deliveries but they did an upgrade and now it asks for a lot of extra information instead of letting me just make a list and optimizing it. I no longer see the option to optimize the route from my current location so it makes a route that doesn’t make sense and now I have to manually rearrange it. Your precious method was very simple, this was a downgrade

Time saving, life saving.
Extremely useful app. As time is limited due to everyday life and obligations, this app is helping me a lot to save time from the less useful time consumer which is the transportation. It will minimize your transportation time too. So now I have more free time than I used to have before.

Άριστη εφαρμογή. Με βοήθησε παρά πολύ στην καθημερινή μου εργασία γιατί ο χρόνος είναι πολύ σημαντικός. Δεν κάνω άσκοπα δρομολόγια και βρίσκομαι πάντα στην ώρα μου. Όσον αφορά το κόστος, έκανα το gold membership γιατί ειλικρινά τα λεφτά που κόστισε τα γλύτωσα από 3 μηνών βενζίνες. Άριστη και ελπίζω να εμπλουτιστεί και άλλο.

Lagged
After selecting this, as the other one I usually use was so expensive, I was hoping by purchasing the life time option, for similar outcomes.
I used it on a large delivery day, and it was so slow. It didn’t automatically reroute if you took a wrong turn - which you will do, because it lags so much and isn’t accurate on location.
It isn’t my phone or service as the other more expensive app worked fine.
Really disappointed and to be honest would like a refund. One failed use and never to be used again.

I love this app!
This app has saved me from getting lost and keeps me on schedule with a very difficult route. This is an affordable solution for routing. There are new features with every update. I’m very happy with the purchase of Route Creator app.

The optimization is not that easy to use. Also the update has the app crashing no mater what you click on.
I have all updated versions of my phone and your app. When I go to add new route the app crashes when I click on profile the app crashes I can not do anything or else the app crashes.

Freezes
I’ve literally tried to do the whole “third time the charm” with this app, and fail. I’ve tried to plug in 60 addresses to route plan and it routes it(doesn’t save) and just freezes saying please wait... wait for how long? I let it go 15-30 min each time after exiting out just to see that it doesn’t actually load or save info. After purchasing $23 gold membership and no customer service Contact to call Frustrated is understatement.

Not what I needed
Al I wanted to do was to be able to type in a list of addresses, Mark the beginning and ending address, then organize a route by shortest distance. It shouldn’t be that difficult. Ended up just using Map Quest online and it was SO simple and exactly what I needed.
Absolutely not what this should work like!
It’s not in miles and I don’t care to try to find out how to switch that around because nothing is self explanatory and it’s hard enough to move your points around the app doesn’t feel free flowing you have to tap and hold to move points then if you hold it wrong it turns from a point to just a round arrow that doesn’t work as a point it’s just random and doesn’t help anything so don’t know what that would happen id love to just make routes for biking for friends and myself but this is so incredibly not helpful the one reason I don’t use google or apple is because Apple Maps already is the worst and google doesn’t tell me the mileage and I spent as much time writing this review as it took me how to save a route and figure out it wasn’t even in miles so it’s a big waste of my time.
