Update 👋 We found and issue that caused app freezing in phones using iOS16 and above. This issue is resolved in the current version. Thank you again for pointing out this problem. 👍
Need IPad Version

Meanwhile it would be great if you could contact us via mail and provide some more information like some screenshots or other issues related with the iPad version. Fantastic App!
Only one thing I would ask for which would save quite a lot of time but could there possibly be a setting so that when you search an address and then click on it when found it would automatically get added to the map instead of needing to click on 'Quick Add Stop'? As I have many stops to add to routes it would be great to be able to add them all as quickly as possible. It's only a small thing but would make a ton of difference if that were possible?
Other than that, so far I have not found any negatives at all. Pretty much does what it says on the tin sort of thing. Very happy with purchase and a massive thank you to the developer for creating the App!

Hello 👋 Optimization is still available with all the parameters that were included, nothing has changed in this section, contact to us for more information if you like. 🙂 Previous update was indeed a big change at once and surely needs some time to get used to. The current workflow provides direct access to map and all your data avoiding unnecessary interactions with the app. We believe that this is the right way to go , which doesn’t mean of course that there is no room for improvement. We took notes from your feedback and will work to provide a better approach for users that only need the basic functions, you can contact us anytime to provide more ideas or concerns, we always listen and improve based on your suggestions 👍

I used it on a large delivery day, and it was so slow. It didn’t automatically reroute if you took a wrong turn - which you will do, because it lags so much and isn’t accurate on location.
It isn’t my phone or service as the other more expensive app worked fine.
Really disappointed and to be honest would like a refund. One failed use and never to be used again.

Hello 👋 While we can understand your frustration if the experience was not what you may was expecting, we have to highlight that our app is build upon Apple Maps and is using apples location service, rerouting possibly didn’t work due to bad location accuracy , of course , you can contact us anytime via mail for further information which will be helpful for us to improve or correct possible issues, nothing is perfect ,but we always try our best to get as near as possible 🙂

Hello , yes you can anytime request a refund directly from Apple 😊, crashing may occur due to some network issue, we need more information to understand if it is something we may need to fix , about slowness , we will deploy a new update in a few days with lot of improvements and additions , one of them will be no loading times while opening routes , for anything else feel free to contact us anytime.

The app
I have all updated versions of my phone and your app. When I go to add new route the app crashes when I click on profile the app crashes I can not do anything or else the app crashes.

This app is compatible with iOS14, you are possibly running an older version , if you are running iOS14 then: Please provide us some more information about the crashing , it seems so far that no other users experience something like this 🤔 Optimization is done by the app itself while creating a route and selecting „optimize“ , you just need to select if you like to optimize based on your first stop or your current location, but you can anytime contact us and provide ideas how this process could be made more „simple“, we always listen 😁 Edited answer : We really want to resolve your problem , but to do so , we need your crash report to see what causes this issue. Please open settings on your device -> Privacy -> Analytics and improvements -> Analytics data. Search for a file named “Route maker” , open it and share it with us via mail , we will fix any issues within some hours

Hello , There will be a new update available in a few days which will include improved searching (instant results , auto-fill etc.) , instant routing and navigating without the need of saving first, a much more efficient home screen to boost productivity and some other improvements, we think it will make the app easier to use for users who want just to get their job done as fast as possible , check it out if you like and let us know if we could win you back 🙂 for any other suggestions feel free to contact us anytime again!

Hello , Changing to miles requires only pressing two times the screen , it is really not that hard , go to Settings -> map-> unit 🙂
