Route Relay TMS

Route Relay TMS is the mobile companion to the Route Relay transportation management system, used by the dispatch, accounting, shop, HR and management staff of Orest Express, a freight transportation company based in Chicago, Illinois. Access is restricted. Staff sign in with credentials issued by their administrator. There is no self-signup flow, and the app is not intended for general public use. WHAT THE APP PROVIDES - Dispatch board: assign loads to drivers and trucks and follow shipment status end to end - Shipment detail: pickup and delivery windows, freight description, customer notes and paperwork - Fleet visibility: trucks, trailers and driver availability - Messaging: real-time conversations with drivers in the field - Documents: review and upload rate confirmations, bills of lading and proof of delivery - Billing: settlement and invoice review for the accounting team - Maintenance: work orders, parts and repair tracking for the shop team - Push notifications for assignments, messages and operational alerts Vehicle GPS telemetry comes from Samsara hardware installed in the trucks. This app does not collect device location.
