Frequent Freezes and Poor User Experience
The app frequently freezes and becomes unresponsive. Whenever I try to make changes, it often fails to work as expected and gets stuck on the same screen. This makes even simple tasks frustrating and time-consuming. The app needs significant improvements in terms of stability, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
