Long waits on service requests. App is basic. Site is not helpful either. Prefer other distributors. Luna- The Ai help bot on route note is basically useless

Messed up
Someone was using my email address and of course after communicating this your answer was sending an email asking the very question. Wont allow password change after verifying not having an account prior. Finding another app to use

I don’t know what it is with these app developers and then having straight up OCD, it requires too much. It takes too much work to anything and as soon as you do, there’s always a that you missed. Not only that it takes forever to get any sort of verification code.
New Feature is good but
basically routenote added the Release music feature onto the app version which is great, but when you go to the song file thingy to post the song file your keyboard shows up and you can’t put it down to click save button at the bottom so what’s the point of the feature. do better.

Upload/Approval timing needs to be faster for music
Great App and Distributor but approval time to accept music after a upload should be faster for both plans but other than that it’s great just need to be more consistent with that I feel like idk
Didnt send activation email
I made an account. Now cant login because I need to activate through email, but cant. Theres no option to resend.

My album didn’t even come out on the release didn’t and still didn’t come out
Haven’t received any payments
My songs have been live for like 70 days at this point and I haven’t received a single penny and my statistics for my songs haven’t updated a single time. I can see my monthly listeners on Spotify and everything on my dashboard is still completely zeroed out. So I know people are listening to my music but I’m not being paid for any of it and my statistics aren’t updating. Are you guys stealing my money? Like, I’m being serious.

So for uploading your song you upload to the website. Also, originally it would take them 5 days to approve but then routenote got bigger so it took time for them to get back to your song. When they disapprove your song it's usually because the song contains things they don't approve. If there is an issue, the song usually has something that relates to another song so read the comment fully rather than going straight to hate. All information is on routenotes YouTube channel.

La app sirve, pero tiene sus pros y sus contras, pros: es gratis, no te tumban la musica si dejas de subir. Contras: tardan mucho en subir tus canciones, en la página web hay bugs. Pero la app no está mal.
Work but missing features
The app is good, it’s working, but there features that is missing and you can’t upgrade your song because there a bug that make it impossible to buy :(
