About

One vehicle. One shared logbook. Share a car with your partner, family or friends? Routeo lets you record trips for the same vehicle using your own accounts and keep a shared vehicle history across multiple users. SHARE YOUR VEHICLE Add a vehicle and invite the people you choose with an invitation link or through their registered account. After explicit acceptance, everyone can see the shared vehicle, its original owner and its active members. The owner can distinguish pending invitations from active access and revoke access later. KEEP A LOGBOOK TOGETHER Each person records their own trips. Saved trips show which account recorded them. Authorized participants can view the shared vehicle history, filter reports by date range and share a PDF. Sharing includes the vehicle’s previously saved history. KEEP YOUR TRIPS IN VIEW - Start and stop GPS recordings yourself - Save routes, start and destination, duration and mileage - Add missed trips manually - Use multiple vehicles you own or have access to - Revisit saved routes on the map - Review mileage by vehicle and date range - Export summaries as PDF USE IT ON YOUR OWN TOO You can still use Routeo locally without an account. In local mode, trips and vehicles stay only on your iPhone and are not transferred automatically to a later account. Vehicle sharing requires a separate account for each participant and an internet connection to synchronize. Routeo is currently free with no subscription. You start each recording yourself; trips are not detected automatically. Maps, address search and synchronization require internet access. Routeo is intended for your personal overview of private trips; tax acceptance is not guaranteed.

New: share vehicles and keep a logbook together. Invite your partner, family or friends to a vehicle. Once accepted, you can record trips using your own accounts and view the shared vehicle history. The owner, active members and pending invitations are clearly identified. Trips show which account recorded them. Filter shared reports by date range and share them as PDF. Sharing information now stays stable during refreshes. Vehicle photos are saved and reloaded reliably, and failures are shown directly in the editor. This release also includes improvements to start and destination addresses, local times and returning to an active recording. Local use without an account remains available. Invitations no longer reopen after finishing a trip, and their status updates reliably after acceptance or decline. Trip details opened from reports now show the saved vehicle photo. Trip recording now starts for previously loaded vehicles without an extra server wait. Routeo shows a clear startup status and marks recording as active once the location recorder has started.
