Great
I use every day. Information is dependable
Poor UX
The older NextMuni app would tell you all routes immediately based on your location. This trash makes you select each individual route and bookmark it. Not useful for everyday passage around the City. Perhaps developed by people who don’t live here and don’t care…
Bring Routsey back
I liked this app it was accurate and best of all it allowed me to save my commute lines and that was very handy. Now it doesn't work at all. Please fix that feature

Fantastic app!
This app is the best and the interface is awesome. It’s superior to every other MUNI app out there.
Must have for anyone who depends on public transportation.
I’ve tried other apps but I can’t replace Routesy . I challenge u to try it and not feel the same way !
I use this everyday
Navigating Muni is much easier with this app. Getting all my options at once helps me get everywhere Great Job!

Broken.
Broken (March 2026). White screen after first use. Only fix seems to be uninstall/reinstall. Useless.
No working
why the app of Routesy no working
Failing
This used to be a great resource. Now it is useless. It works only upon reinstall.
It does not look like the developer has quit, but it hasn’t worked for weeks at least.
Fix it or kill it, please.

Great! I use it everyday!
A must-get app for anyone riding public transportation in the city.
I wish they would fix this
When it works, this app is great. It gives updates on bus/train routes, and does not infantilize users by telling them what route to take. (Tech designers love to infantilize end users). The problem is, after one or two times, this app turns into a white screen.
But alas I don’t think they update this thing anymore.

Doesn’t work at all
Since 2026 it’s just been a completely blank screen. Deleting the app and reinstalling will fix it for one use and as soon as you close the app it will be a blank screen until you reinstall again.
Unusable app
Works once on install, then not again unless it’s deleted and reinstalled…over and over…every living day.
