Was a good app but recently they removed the feature to add photos.

This is an invaluable tool for my flower business that will revolutionize the way you plan and navigate your delivery routes. It’s fast and intuitive to both setup and use daily. Customer service is A+. It’s really maximised our productivity.
Works great
App works great , easy to use and offers flexibility navigate using Waze or other apps. It should allow going back to deliveries that were skipped initially. Otherwise, terrific intuitive app!
Powerful and so easy to use
We discovered Routific in Spring 2020 when our charity needed a solution to help us deliver food hampers to 500-1000 families each Saturday. Our operations volunteers love that the app designs routes quickly efficiently, and our volunteer drivers love how easy it is to follow. Routific’s team are outstanding and the organization had been a core partner in our programming ever since. Thank you Routific for helping us give a hand up to our city!

Great app really easy to use!
The app is really easy to use. All the information that I need to contact the recipient is at my fingertips. It makes it easy for me to report back on any issues with the delivery.

Simply Amazing!
Thanks to Routific our school was able to deliver holiday meals to over 500 families! The Routific Driver app meant we could ditch the paper copies and push out the routes electronically! I would highly recommend.

Routific works like a charm!!! I have used it many times and it has never failed. The routing is fantastic and the communication piece is fabulous. I love the way the app works seamlessly with my navigation tools. Highly recommend.

Very Helpful
Routific makes our delivery process much more seamless than it used to be. We don’t have to create routes manually in google maps anymore (which was very time consuming).
Great app!
Helps me plan my delivery routes and send them via SMS to my drivers. Drivers can take signatures and photos for proof of delivery. I can track their progress live on Routific’s dispatcher app. Drivers are super happy to follow a route plan with detailed delivery instructions for a seamless drop off.

Could have been awesome
So happy to be deleting this app after a year of over paying for a glitchy product they don’t stand by at all. The customer notifications were a nice feature but so happy to not have this constantly draining my phone, crashing, leaving me stranded, and to never deal with customer service without results again.

It will be great if you improve the app with a trucking map navigation routes .. as right now if you navigates using the routific navigation option it’s only for cars ... hope to hear about you soon thanks
No location services
The app in my mobile doesn’t have location services. However the location services are available for my colleagues. Not sure how this is even possible. I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. Still no dice.
Routific saves us thousands $
We’ve been using Routific now for a few months and with over 10 drivers, it’s saved us thousands of dollars in labour, and vehicle maintenance. Thank you so much to the entire team. After having a catch up meeting this week, we’re excited to make even more changes to improve our optimisation and ultimately deliver our product on time to customers.

Great dispatcher experience
Switched from OptimoRoute for the much simpler dispatcher experience that lets us plan routes for several drivers 3 times a week. With the newest update, the native iOS app also displays custom fields, which helps our drivers figure out for example which customer still needs to pay in cash and which customer requested a no-contact delivery
