Annoying ad
Despite paying for this app, multiple times a day every day I have to dismiss their ad for their new team option. If I don't then I accidentally tap on other things. Do you people even use your own app to notice these things? Does anyone test changes before implementing them?
Defeitos
App is broken
Yesterday the app started randomly choosing a beginning stop instead of the one I selected. I messaged support and they said they issued a fix. I updated and nothing has changed. Support won't respond anymore. This app was critical to my business, but it's useless now.
This app used to be the best
This app was so convenient to use. I planned my routes daily through this app and it was so convenient and easy that I couldn’t imagine ever swapping to another app. However, with the onset of ads and then pushing their subscription service SOOOOO hard the app is entirely unusable. They offer the ability to watch ads to earn credits as an alternative to subscribing, but they limit the number of ads you’re able to watch in a day on top of limiting how many you can watch in a row! Watching the decline in usability of this app has been depressing to say the least, and now I’m forced to find another app to plan my work routes with because I’m not going to pay $10 a month to be able to see where I’m going for work when GPS services are free.
If anyone is looking for an app to help plan their work day, let me save you some time. Go find a different app, the people that run this one just want to be able to leech off of you paying the subscription fee.
