The Best
I do not know why all daily planners, calendars, etc do not have this kind of app integrated into it. If I could I would drop a routine into my day, and poof, it would copy my routine right into my planner. Alas, none of them really do that.
Why do I want that? Because this routine tracker is the easiest way to create a working routine. I use it for many, many routines, especially when they are detailed.

Great for autism/ADHD!
helpful to assist in keeping me on schedule. Also helpful to remind me to do tasks that just come naturally to the average person (brushing teeth, drinking water, applying deodorant, etc) . Once you map out the routine theres no room to get distracted by other tasks. And even if you do, the next task will sound off. Forcing/reminding you to get moving to the next task.

Good and functional app
Great app for setting up routines and time boxing them especially if you struggle with doing tasks. Uncluttered and easy to use!
So close, but not designed for time blocking.
I’ve been searching for a simple app to provide a speaking time coach with my time blocking approach to my productivity.
This app allows me to link sets of timed activities under titles, such as ‘Monday’, without any fuss or complexity. It announces (speaks) the task and how long has been planned for it. It is totally focussed on one thing: time coaching someone through activities. Brilliant and exactly what I cannot find elsewhere.
Except, it does two things that mean it’s a poor fit for time blocking. 1) tasks can only be 60mins max, so a 4hr time block will need four tasks adding. Unrealistic for a day I expect to be 10hrs long. 2) The coach says ‘Get xx done in y mins!’ It’s too aggressive for time blocking. While this is minor compared to 1, a time blocking coach would simply say ‘Admin for 1hr’, and ‘10 minutes to next task’. Aggressive ‘Get it done!!!’ every 60mins through a whole day is just not something I could stomach.
Sigh. So near but so far. This app has clearly been designed for something else. If the coach had two modes, and tasks could be hours, it would be the best focussed, minimal distraction, productivity app out there.

Very simple and effective
I love this app so much. It is very simple yet so effective. I really wanted to give it 5 stars but I really feel like something is missing from the timer and that is the ending time. I find it helpful to see the ending time of the routine so that if I accidentally go off track, I can predict whether I should skip on something or not. Other than that, the app is unbeatable.
