I cannot use the app
I can’t get past the “what are your concerns” thing I’m so confused
Buggy
No matter how clear or bright my pictures are, the app never accepts them, which essentially renders the skin rating useless. Additionally, a lot of popular products are missing, all products take forever to load, and it won't allow me to complete my skin profile due to bugs within the app. All in all, I was not able to get any use out of it... Which is surprising, considering all the positive reviews </3

Won’t load
I get stuck on the screen with the analysis, it doesn’t go anywhere from there. I shared the photo, and waited, then I tried to close the app and reopen it, which made me do it again. I got stuck again on the analysis, then I uninstalled and reinstalled, tried again, still stuck on the analysis. I feel like I just gave up my identity to an app. Having taken photos and putting my information in, trusting that it would help me, to be met with an unavoidable bug is super sketchy and isn’t appreciated.

spent the past two weeks using the app, one of which weeks i wore a full face of makeup everyday and my skin has managed to stay clear this whole time! the routines they provide actually worked for my skin and had me worry less on what i should be doing. i like that you are able to track your progress and be able to see your skin improving!
