Hi! I completely understand your perspective and totally support it. I am also the founder of a physical planner company so I do understand that you need to find something that works best for you!! And Routinsie (like any app or product) won’t appeal to everyone even if thousands of people love something! While I do really appreciate your feedback on pricing, and HEAR you on wanting a free plan, our pricing is on our website, we talk about it in thousands of comments and are never here to fool anyone. It’s far from a secret. I promise. This is actually the founder responding to you so we are a very small, founder based business where we always put our customers first so please know that your thoughts will be put into consideration! We are a brand new app, and therefore decided not to have a free version for quite a few different reasons at launch, but now that we have we are more open to the concept as we do want to support as many of you as possible. In order to grow the app and be able to grow to be able to provide more options (like free versions one day), we do need reviews that are accurate, and the support from our current customers and users! So while I understand this review was probably intended to more so create positive change, we hope that you would consider that leaving this rating due to opinion based feedback could also can hurt our growth, which then actually leads to us not being able to produce faster for you all! Just know your opinion is valued here (actually) and you can always talk to us directly for concerns ❤️

We had an intro offer for the first month being $2.99 (from Christmas) but we’d love to work this out with you! I 100% understand your concern seeing price increase! As a small business I was super bummed with how that email came across from Apple! 💘 We want you back 🤗🫶✨
