No image of the arena/club is loading except the 1st one in result
Not responsive app, even more not responsive Support team
Cannot load the app, app is constantly stuck on Rovo loading screen. Reinstalled the app multiple times and app is still not getting any response when launched. Have already filed for a support ticket a month ago but it has not been attended to. Disappointing.
The perfect tennis app
I’m on this everyday looking at what’s available and play on Rovo games 3-4x a week. It’s what tennis players need, even those who don’t know it yet

Booking done through this app but after reaching the badminton court said they stopped allowing booking through ROVO app.

Amount Refund Issue
Amount deducted on 4th May 2024 and court booking is not confirmed and I send multiple emails and multiple times called to the team but they didn’t refund the amount. Worst app I ever seen. I have seen similar issues in other apps but they will refund the amount without our intervention but this App is opposite to the other apps. As per my knowledge they know what are the failed bookings but they don’t refund amount.

I booked a badmintion court for 19th Feb in Chennai .. 750 rupees was deducted from my account but I have not got sms confirmation nor I see that slot booked on that court .. not sure whom to contact .. request urgent support

Substandard app
This is a very low quality app. Not sure why organisers approved this app for booking facilities without proper reach…whenever I tried open it shuts automatically….if I try book a court at X center it will automatically book at y center
Unable to cancel booking
Great app for networking and planning sports events. However, there is a issue in the booking as the icon for cancelling the event is no more appearing in the app. It’s strange behaviour. All the booking I made are now not utilised and could not cancel.
Crashes on PayZapp payment page
Have been using the app for a while. Though the app is pretty much useful for venue booking, facing issues in PayZapp payment page. The app crashes when tried to book using PayZapp wallet. Also the “Contact Us” page returns 404.
Suddenly locked out of my Rovo account!
The app has been working fine for the last one year. Couple of days back I realised that I have been locked out of my Rovo account and cant log back in. It was like the app got rest or something. Was asked to create a new account! There doesnt appear to be an option in the app to login through my original account!

Actually I am member of Rovo app. But now I can’t able to sign in. Actually it’s asking mobile no. If I enter mobile no. it show the number is add in another account. There no option for log out too...

A decent app for Tennis enthusiasts
This is a brilliant App to socialise, meet new tennis players and perhaps even get coached.
The only reason I haven’t given this app a full 5 star rating are for the following 2 reasons:
1. The developer needs to make a check on the accuracy of the ratings of players cos some players put up high ratings who in reality are not even up to the standard and end up spoiling the game for the entire lot. I would even suggest players who are above 60yrs be marked as Senior players in the app.
2. Coaching notices to be allowed on this app only for certified coaches especially when money is involved.
