About

Say the finish time. See where you are mid-race. A hybrid race is eight one-kilometre runs and eight workout stations, with a transition zone between every one of them. Sixteen segments, and a finish time that is decided as much in the transitions as on the running lane. Roxbook turns a target finish into a budget for all of it — and then tells you, while you are racing, whether you are ahead of it or behind it. THE BUDGET Enter 1:25:00 and Roxbook splits it: a pace for every one of the eight kilometres, a time for every station, and a share for the roxzone. The runs are not split evenly — the first kilometre is budgeted faster than the last, because that is how the race is actually run. An even pace tells you off in the first kilometre and you go out too hard. THE RACE One tap starts it. One tap each time you finish a run or a station. The buttons are large because you are not looking at the phone, and the screen stays awake because a race lasts over an hour. One number: ahead, or behind. It does not move while you are inside the budget for the segment you are in — it starts moving the moment you spend more than you had. THE RACE BOOK Every race keeps its sixteen segments. Paste your official splits and Roxbook separates the roxzone from the running, then shows you which station is quietly costing you the race — measured against the budget, not against a feeling. AND THEN THE BUDGET BECOMES YOURS The starting split is this app's own model, and it says so on screen. Log two races with official splits and the budget is rebuilt from your own distribution instead. Your sled is fast and your wall balls are slow, and after two races the plan knows it. EVERY DIVISION Open, Pro, Doubles, Doubles Pro and Relay, women, men and mixed. Station order, distances, reps and loads come from the published rulebooks for the current season — including the part people get wrong, that Pro women lift the same loads as Open men. ROXBOOK PRO The full sixteen-leg budget, per-segment targets, every division, your whole race book, the station analysis, CSV export, and half-race and single-station targets for training. Monthly, yearly, or a one-time purchase. The yearly plan starts with a free trial. Racing with the live ahead/behind number stays free, with no limit. No ads. No account. No servers of ours — every race stays on your device. Independent app, not affiliated with or endorsed by the organisers of any race.
