I downloaded the app, loaded money on the account, the $10 was never added to the app but was taken from me bank account. I have been trying to reach someone for months and can’t get a refund

Amazing App with an amazing feature
Not all apps are created equal. I have many coffee apps and one of my favorite things about this app is that I can save my favorite drink, but also with my notes. If I want honey and cream and put it in my notes, it saves it for every time so I can easily order the next time. So awesome!
Does not work
App is glitched and doesn’t open after download. Shows black screen with a box and question mark.

This app does it all! You can order for pickup, pay and just use digital rewards.
Can’t log in
I enjoy going to Royal Coffee so I was excited about the app but I’m still having issues entering my phone number to log in. I’ve re-downloaded the app a couple times thinking it’s a glitch but I’m having no luck signing in so thats a bummer
