I highly recommend this company. It is ran by Andrew and Will. Two of the most nicest and honest men. Royal Emporium sells a little bit of everything from candy to jewelry to clothes and everything in between. Their prices are hard to beat. They have live shows where you can purchase items which is fun and entertaining. The shipping is very fast. These two men work very hard for their customers. So come on in and join a live show and see for yourself!!

Andrew and Will are the Best!

Andrew and Will take pride in their hard work and very dedicated to making their business very successful. They sell many different items for Ty beanies, clothes, candy, popcorn and many more items! They do Marathon Lives with all of their customers!

I HIGHLY recommend this company! You will not find more honest, caring and compassionate men anywhere! They TRULY care about their customers! Andrew and Will are soo talented too! Ive known andrew before he ever even started royal emporium! Their products are very well made and theres a huge variety of things to shop for! They are always adding new items! Come and shop! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed! And shipping is very fast! Very easy and wonderful to deal with!

Terrible customer service, damage product, refused refund

I was so excited to support this business, and received my item is completely soaking wet and irreplaceably damaged. When I asked if I could have a new product shipped to me , they were sere sold out. I asked for a refund because the packaging was prepared in extremely cheap paper allowing contents to get damaged. The inside of the box has no sufficient protective covering inside the box either. Customer service refused my refund, could not ship me a new product, and were incredibly defensive. Please be aware that if something like this happens, they may take no responsibility

This is completely inaccurate. We told you we didn’t have any more and per our policy, shipment mishandling by shipping providers is not our responsibility, it is theirs. Once we’ve handed the package off it is their responsibility. We offered to assist you in filing a claim for reimbursement but you were not interested in that. As for our packaging, we’ve shipped THOUSANDS of packages in those boxes and they are up to code and standards for shipping and we have never had a single problem or complaint except yours. We’re sorry you weren’t satisfied with our service but we have exhausted all options and you were unwilling to work on an equitable resolution. We even told you to file a dispute and be reimbursed that way if you didn’t want to file a claim, and you did so and were reimbursed.
