Stopped working!
I’ve been playing this for years and was at over 11k+ levels. Then it just froze. I switched off my phone, reinstalled the app… and found all of the levels were gone and I was back at the beginning. Don’t know if I’d completed all the available levels or what… Deleted.
Fun game, but the ads are excessive
Fun and addictive game but having an ad after each level PLUS an ad if you leave the game screen to go to a different app with the latest update is excessive. If watching ads to try and get through a level, I think that having over 100 seconds of ads sometimes is ridiculous. Lastly, the updates are super untimely. This isn’t a big deal, but I don’t understand why the Christmas theme came in January and why it’s almost April and there is no update to the Christmas theme lol

This game is fun to play if you have the patience to watch the same game promos at the end (sometimes) of almost every move. Way, way, way too many game ads. Update: playing again today and there are so many game ads. It is ridiculous. And you cannot click out of them because you have to sit there and watch the whole freaking game being played. It can take upwards of 20 minutes to play Royal Hexa because of all the game ads that are in this game. I have actually stopped playing games and deleted the app because of this and I’m getting ready to delete Royal Hexa.please get rid of all the game ads… It’s totally unnecessary!
Follow up: Ads galore after 1 or 2 moves. I watch more game ads ( some as long as 80 seconds! ) than I play this game. Obviously the makers of this game do not care. I’m getting close to deleting this game!

Stolen Money
I paid to get rid of ads on this thing and I’m still getting ads. Sometimes they come in the middle of a game. I’ve tried to contact the developers to no avail. Wish I would have read the reviews first. They won’t answer my questions, so I doubt I can get a refund.

Seemed slow at first
The designing part takes a long time to complete. You don’t have a lot of ads here in the game but you will be forced to watch a video ad not at the right time (or any time) when you start a game/round then you’re forced to leave the game, exit, come back and then you have to start over. The Hexa games are slow and open up to multiple other colors and fill up your Hexa grid pretty quickly. So you’re forced to slow down. Now there is a round where you have to break open a ton more Hexa tiles by making combos next to those locked tiles. But instead of moving inward to attack those locked tiles until they go away the tiles move outwards my and don’t unlock anything even when they full stack gets completed. So due to this and other gameplay issues you run out of room fast and your tools to recover are still too expensive because you don’t make any money after each round. You get 5 coins but have to watch a video to double that. This sudden change in game interface with the locked tiles no longer makes sense given your poor choices of color stacks with multiple colors.
Update: I’m a master at these games and I just beat this particular level under these conditions. Ultimately you do run out of room and continue to get crummy color stacks. So you have to watch a video to get some more coins to pay for the cheapest recovery tool to get more favorable color stacks.
This game is likely going to be deleted. Was kind of fun before until they made this completely different way of playing with horrible options that don’t help you win at all.

Used to REALLY love this game, but now, even when you press the “x” on the bottom ads, it STILL automatically opens up a browser tab. I understand needing ad revenue, but they’ve made it incredibly frustrating. So not only does it automatically

Latest update all bugs and glitches
This used to be a good game for mindless time wasting. Yes it had ads in the free version, but unobtrusive short ads at the end of each round with the option to view more to buy swaps / cheats etc.
Late Jan 2025 they’ve installed a Christmas themed update (!). Now the game stops frequently for ‘ad breaks’, it often resets the level if you leave for any time and the option to get goodies for extra ads has stopped working (still on the screen but the buttons don’t work).
Am going to uninstall. Jury’s out as to whether I end up picking another of the millions of hex options out there or try to resist and do something more useful with my time…!

Minor mistake
The update removed the ability to get a free daily reward. It seems to offer the option, but only the $.99 option to buy all the rewards shows no way to collect the freebie.

Is Glitching Now
I really enjoy this game, but after the last update, the daily rewards seem stuck and don’t refresh. Please fix!

I like this game. So much so that I paid for no ads. I’m still getting ads and I’ve tried to contact support for over a week. No one is responding. I’d like to be nice and think they’re on a Christmas holiday, but I still think it’s irresponsible. HEY! Wake up in there!!

Game came up in an ad while playing something similar saying zero ads. Straight away there’s ads and a screen asking you to pay to remove them. Blatant lying.

This was a fantastic game but the adds on the game spaces wouldn’t play. I paid for the game thinking this would solve the problem but they still don’t play making some levels near impossible to pass. I feel cheated of the money I paid
