Game broke after buying vip
I purchased month VIP and now the game gives me a ‘purchase failed, restarting to complete purchase”. I restart… and the game freezes and jams again. I can’t send a msg to support because the game is broken. But of course they took my money.
Game pass
Brought a game pass for the last event and the game glitched out which stopped me from continuing to play the game kept flashing purchase failed and to this day still continues to do so the glitching and still paid the money for the pass so not only couldn’t I play the game any more I lost £10 with no contact from the app people after two attempts of contact with them

Stuck in a restart loop. App is now garbage. Do not download. Do not pay money for any reason. Absolute garbage.
Theft/scam
This game is fun, and I genuinely enjoy this game; but for weeks now, I’ll pay for the pass for the 5day event and I don’t get the benefits I paid money for. The timing is also off, that if it takes four 6 hour slots to refill a benefit it will take 24 hours and refill only three instead of four.
Has issues
When you think about buying emeralds there is no amount listed. Just pics of various sizes and dollar amounts. When you click on it a conformation for purchase window appears. Not going to pay for something that I have no idea the amount I’m buying.
Abandoned Game
The top of the screen in game is not sized for iPhone and the camera covers important information. Upon connecting with their customer service to report the bug you will receive an email that informs you they are not viewing/addressing tickets/bugs. The issues that are present could’ve been remedied if one person from their development team with an iPhone played and noticed the content that was too high on the screen. I do not recommend buying anything from this game, it would be a waste since they don’t seem to care about its existence anyway. If they do not care to fix very blatant issues in the game, remove it from the App Store.

Bitte ändert das!!! Anstatt wie bei jedem normalen Spiel in 1k->1M->1B… zu zählen, verschieben die hier das Komma von 1k, dann irgendwie 1,.5K, dann 1.,5K, niemand checkt wieviel was wert ist, das zerstört leider das ganze Spiel. Ansonsten wär’s schön

Events are a joke!
Who ever made up the events in this game made it so that you either have to spend money to complete all the quests or just skip them altogether! Because the they will wait until you have all most all the quests finished before they give you a quest that you have to collect 45 or more cards to complete. And you will only have 2 or 3 quests left to finish when you get the quest. And each quest that you complete will only give you 2 or 3 cards each if you are lucky. And the bonus chest only comes every 4 hours. And then you might get 8-10 cards but that still will take you around 16 to 20 plus hours to complete! So that is just a joke! And then they don’t give you the cards fast enough to upgrade the players every time you have to move to a different town! Because every new town means everyone must be upgraded a level. But if not the next town you have to make up the difference! You might have to go from level 1 to level 3 in just one town upgrade and you might have just earned the character.

Random cards and lack of resources means impossible progress
There zero point in playing events without spending money, and anything you spend on an event doesn’t carry over. It’s too expensive and there is no point in grinding, you’ll Ben stuck for weeks waiting on 1 card needed to level up your ship to level 5, and run out of progress quests to earn more cards, yet if you agree to progress to the next stage the level requirement will probably go up. This is the same stupid formula they used in their last idler which had less time consuming animations. I’m not going to scrape for 20 apples when I need 1000 and I’ve been trying to gather them for a day. If I can’t play in an event, why are you even wasting my time! Uninstalled.

UPDATE - STILL NO BIRDS SO DOWNGRADED.
I love this game and got the subscription to collect everything I could in the event without watching ads. Since then I haven’t seen a bird!!! Super annoying as missing out on so much cash and gems I normally get from the birds! Also there is still an issue with the sound and music in events. You have to mute them every time you go into the event instead of staying muted like the main game. Please fix the sound and bring back the birds!!! Tried to submit online form but site froze so not sure if it went through.

Main game is good; don’t bother with events
The main game is fun, but the challenges are impossible to win without spending money. This would be okay- I don’t expect to win special events- but this game doesn’t even try to give players a chance to win. After round one, the requirements become so high that no one can advance more than one or two rounds without spending a lot of money.

Bonjour, depuis hier le jeu plante au bout de 30 sec, impossible de jouer donc. Sinon ça fait déjà quelques mois que je joue et je trouve le jeu sympa, mais là c’est hyper frustrant de ne pas pouvoir faire le niveau bonus et de perdre des rangs pour le coup ☹️
