Terrible and frustrating

This game is the worst. The music, which is often just plain weird, half drowns out the dialog. Turning off the music doesn’t turn it off in the cutscenes so there’s no fix. The animation is cheesy, but that’s common for games like this. A lot of the story elements are completely random, including what will solve a puzzle.

Worst of all, it’s next to impossible to select items! I don’t know who programmed this thing, but you can try a billion different taps in different places until you think maybe you just can’t pick up or use an item there… but no, turns out you never found the tiny spot on the screen where you can actually interact with it! There’s no logic to where that spot is, either. If you need to use a screwdriver on something, you may have to drop it nowhere near the actual screws to get it to work.

I’ve played some pretty crummy games that were more fun than this, just because it was actually possible to interact with them.

Controls are terrible

The arrows to play the horse drawn escape are terrible. When you press the arrow once it moves all the way to the opposite side. It is impossible to avoid the obstacles. Therefore making the game unplayable.

Game closes out when taking to the tanner.cant get passed it. Please fix!

Crashes a lot

This is the second game I’ve had problems with. First, the game Riddles 2 was so glitchy I couldn’t finish the game. Now I’m half way through this game and it crashes at a certain point so I can’t finish the game. The games are good and I love the free versions. I’d give 5 stars if the glitches were worked out. It’s a bummer to not be able to finish the games. ☹️

Awful

What’s are you meant to do with the painting? Colour it in and nothing happens, buy a ‘hint’ and the paint moves into jars.

Stuck and Frustrated

About ready to delete this game. I’ve been stuck on the one painting challenge for 2 days now. I painted and repainted the painting on easy and hard. I’ve even looked up cheats to make sure I’m doing the painting correctly. No matter what I do, I finish painting and nothing happens. What’s the deal? Game glitch or am I missing something?

Too many glitches

This could be a good game BUT too many glitches where you use an item, it disappears from your inventory and also the game. I’ve restarted this game 3 times and each time this glitch has happened in different places and it’s impossible to continue so I’ve given up.

Good game but the sound needs adjusting

The incidental music/sounds during the voice overs swamps the spoken words. The volume needs adjusting a bit to make the voice louder.

I’m also frustrated by a mini game where you have to move 3 candles (white, red & black) to the top of the board to light 3 candles, one of each colour. I got the 3 candles to the top, but the ones on the stand refuse to light. There is absolutely no logic to this whatsoever, so I’m knocking another star off. Sorry, but this is plain stupid.

A side quest glitch

Very good game. Except for a glitch in the Druid's hut. When the side quest is purchased, the flowers on the windowsill go inactive. Makes it impossible to complete the purchased quest. Could you, please, fix it.

Glitchy, unfinished, money gulping.

Was good game play, had many glitches along the way. Had to use a lot of needed hints. When clicking on a hint, it wouldn’t show me where to go. It just kind of fazed out, before doing anything. Worst part was when I got to the Druid’s house, and got the magic water, I couldn’t go back to the window and give the magic flowers the magic water, it wouldn’t open that area back up! And I didn’t have the right tools for the resin, I couldn’t get the resin. Which meant I couldn’t glue the two halves of the gem back together, which meant I couldn’t return the gem to its spot. And I didn’t have the right tools to get through the vines to get to the trunk. So basically I had to leave the Druid’s home 50% unfinished. Then I get to the forest witch’s house, get the rope from the well, add it to the wench/crank and it doesn’t acknowledge the rope piece and now it’s “lost”, and it won’t accept the wench handle because it doesn’t have the rope piece. I really wanted to play this game, but it takes a lot of needed hints, and I’ve had to spend money on this game. Idk if resetting the game will turn out differently!

Good game

Thought the main game was brilliant but in the bonus chapter I came across one of those games where it’s chance and luck that you’ll complete it so not having the patience of the nerd that developed it I deleted it, otherwise an excellent game

Deleted the game halfway through due to an impossible puzzle (acorns and the mirror) very disappointing as the game was quite good

Old games have made much better than new once, every new episodes worse and worse supported by developers
