A dismissible "Ready to play?" guide on the Dashboard walks you through your first steps, and the app now asks about notifications when it actually makes sense (and gives you a way back if you said "maybe later"). Fixes and polish: the message box no longer hides behind the keyboard when opening a new thread, "Load earlier messages" keeps your scroll position, chat previews update live as messages arrive, and the Dashboard refreshes itself whenever you come back to it.
