Rest of the game???
After you complete the Magic and Kingdom villages, the game is essentially over except to “build your dragon.” I’ve earned several puzzle pieces but after the first puzzle, there seems to be no other. Am I missing something? This was a really fun game but now not so much. …..

Been playing the game for a while now, too start with was enjoyable but now it’s almost impossible to merge anything 🤷♀️the higher up the game you get ; the more impossible it becomes: delete!

No more ads feature doesn’t seem to work
I love the game but getting ads around any achievement are gain is driving me to not want to play. I love that you can watch them to get items but to just pop them in each and every time I complete a task is insane. What’s worse is that I can purchase anything I want from the store except the no ads feature you offer for $4.99. It teases me because it’s there and doesn’t work. Can you either fix it or take it out of the store? Or tell me please what I need to do to get it to work.

Won’t even open
Downloaded the game and it wouldn’t even go past the load screen. Closed it a number of times uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing.
Lost everything
I recently downloaded this game and I went to open the app and I lost all of my progress
Too many ads
I understand that ads help keep the game free but the number of ads you are forced to watch and the frequency of the ads is ridiculous. I haven't been playing the game 5 mins and I have already been forced to watch a dozen ads that you can't skip!!!!! Game has so much potential but the ads totally killed it for me. Deleted

Newest update problem
EDIT: I am back loving this game!!! Developer was responsive when an unexpected issue occurred and corrected in a timely manner!!!
Great game. Fun! But newest update stopped giving energy to the game. Now the only way to play is to watch ads or pay. Please fix.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it will be fixed in the next update. At this point, energy should go back to recovery after the player spawns at least one item from a generator. In case you have 0 energy, we reccomend taking energy from Gift Ladder, Lucky or Energy ad and then using a spawner. In case the problem still persists, please contact us support@boompickgames.com and provide as much info as you can, including device and operating system.
Energy doesn’t refill
So glad to see I’m not the only player experiencing this issue. After multiple hours and even days, my energy never refills. I’ve contacted support and sent screenshots but have yet to hear back. I was really enjoying this game.
Good game but energy requirements are silly
This games is simple to pick up and actually quite enjoyable
Unfortunately after the last update the energy required to play doesn’t regenerate over time meaning you buy it or have the free 20 or so a day you get. Sadly I will be deleting if this isn’t fixed.

The energy should replenish !
Sometimes you’ll use all the blue lightning energy and so I’ll leave the game for an hour and come back and it’ll still be on zero. I’ll cash in a small one of my lightning chips to get a couple of energy. Then I’ll use one by tapping on one of the generators and only then does it seem to restart the energy replenishment. Please fix this bug. I love the game but this is pushing me to the edge

The energy bar doesn't fill up no matter how long i leave it
Too many ads
This is a good game except there’s too many ads, like you click on a piece to merge or even put in on the board and you never know if you’re going to get an ad or not and it’s usually the longest ad in history( the one for merge mansion).
Not enough energy also and everyone wants high level items so it takes longer than normal. 3 days I’ve waited to get full energy again and nothing.
