Unhelpful
You would think by the simplicity of that app that it would be easy to you and to the point, but it’s TOO simple. It explains NOTHING and is just as useless as the manual that comes with the machine. I didn’t major in computer science but I consider myself to be pretty tech savvy and very much of a problem solver; however it’s extremely upsetting that the manual or the app isn’t broken down into layman‘s terms for those who aren’t as familiar with computer terminology, and gives no directions on how to troubleshoot if following the steps doesn’t give results. Not user friendly AT ALL!
