Last chapter stopped working

Last chapter, character disappeared so unable to get oats for donkey and could not continue. Tried going into settings and clicked on restart chapter (I was only just on chapter 4) as happy to start a chapter again but sadly started the whole game again. Frustrating as rest of game ok and nice and long, apart from the sound disappearing regularly and not being able to finish the game.

Can’t finish the game

Glitch in the curse of Ron’s wick section where I need to grab the baby dendront. The book stays open and I can’t grab it.
Put in a request a month ago and no update yet.

Royal Quest - Hidden Object

Tried to download but stopped in the middle. Tried again: same result. A waste of time and especially data usage! Very frustrating!
PS: there is enough storage on my device!

Make sure your device's OS is updated to the latest version. 3. Make sure that your game is updated to the latest version. 4. Try clearing cache. 5. Try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa

Glitches Pretty Bad!!

Good Morning!!
I enjoy your games very much! This particular one was good because it’s in linear form. I can play the whole series without backtracking!

However, part way through one episode, the game glitches pretty bad(sound is missing, images disappear). I started one session with absolutely no picture!

Please fix this so I can continue!!

Not a glitch lol

Upon trying to get through the matching gems, I realized you just have to do every color and it will complete. In other game version the matches stay lit but in this one they don’t but it is still counting them even though it looks like it’s not. Only thing I found is sound from characters mutes sometimes but if you close and reopen game it will fix itself. I love your games and that you combined the RR Series into one game here.
