I love all the games by this developer but this one is so slow when clicking on anything. It’s not my device it’s the game. Now of their other games are this slow

Great Scenery, Loads Slow

Art and puzzles are great, however it takes 10-12 seconds to load every task or scene, for example, going into the next room in a dwelling, moving within the scene after tapping on an area with a task, etc. So a bit frustrating to play as so slow.

Games too glitchy

I can say first hand, that I do actually enjoy this game. I really like the fact that there are multiple chapters of play offered. The only reason for the low rating is the game sticks when transitioning from one task or point to another. The time it’s taking to load screens is discouraging. It’s like the game freezes and you have to wait to continue. It really needs to be fixed in order for the game to receive a 5 star rating.

Poor at best

There are no clues on how to go to one location to another. The puzzles are vague. There is little to no information on the puzzles of what to do in order to complete the goal.

Love this format

Update: I completed Episode 13 a month ago but I cannot progress to Episode 14, when I click on 14, it starts playing Episode 1. I sent in a ticket to support and they said a big update was coming soon, but it’s been too long. Please update. I hope I won’t lose my progress and have to start over. Why not unlock all the Episodes so we can play the ones we want? Also, is there some way we can create a player profile for your games so that we don’t lose progress and have to start over after updates? I usually abandon the game altogether if I’m far along and an update resets the game and I lose my progress, which often happens. I absolutely love this format, multiple chapters. Please continue with this style of game!

Too Bad!

On multiple levels, if I shut down my iPad and reopen, the game won’t let me go back to the latest level and instead takes me back to the first level. The only work around I’ve found has been to go back to replay the level before the last level I’m on and then it seems to work but that’s lame. So I’m on level 13 now and it won’t let me play that one despite being in the middle of it, but I can replay level 12 thru again and eventually get to 13. But I know it will happen again so… moving on.

Love this format

너무 느림 버그 심함

들어갈때마다 느리다고 생각했는데 챕터 6 마지막 늑대 사냥하고 아무것도 할수가 없음. 근데 터치할때마다 몇초씩 기다려야 된다는 문제도 큰거 같아요.....

Disappointed

I was very disappointed with this game. I played to level 7 and found the sleeping powder then could go no further. Looked online and noticed there should have been a fight in the square. No fight so could not get keys to open the gate. Hint didn’t work either. Had abandon game. This has never happened on any of your other games. Pity It’s very good until this point.

Good game

Relaxing and not v hard with lovely graphics. In game purchases annoyed me in the end - some give you a bit of extra game but some do pretty much nothing and I felt a bit cheated.
