The By Show view presents each movie with its title, rating, runtime, and per-showtime capacity so you always know what's filling up. The By Screen view flips to a live timeline grid showing every auditorium side by side, with a live "NOW" indicator that updates in real time. Color-coded capacity badges — green, yellow, orange, and red — make it immediately clear which shows need attention. Seat Maps Tap any reserved-seating showtime to open an interactive seat map. See exactly which seats are available, sold, or reserved across the auditorium layout. Sales History & Analytics Track ticket performance over the last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days. A daily bar chart shows trends at a glance, with a tap-to-highlight interaction that surfaces per-day details: tickets sold, capacity percentage, and the top-performing title. A stats grid surfaces your average daily sales, best day, sold-out show count, and total shows. The Top Movies ranking shows which titles drove the most revenue across the selected window. Help Center Inbox Manage customer support tickets without leaving the app. Filter by status — Active, Unread, Open, Waiting, or Resolved — and by location. Read full message threads, reply with a custom signature, mark tickets resolved, and reassign them between theaters. Outbound messages display delivery receipts so you always know if your reply reached the customer. Push Notifications Managers and admins can opt in to push alerts for new tickets and customer replies — per region, so you only hear about the locations you cover.
