I believe this is a scam game. They don’t payout because the tasks never end.
I’ve been playing this game for a couple of hours. I’ve fallen into the trap of ‘resurrection’ where I paid 100, 200, and now 300 pieces of gold to get myself unstuck. Before I finished Level 1, I attempted to cash out. The game said “you haven’t finished level 1”. Ok. I finished 1, even 2 and now it’s saying something can’t happen until after Level 3! When I selected to Bind winnings, it said it would Collate. I know what collate means in many situations, but NOT in online game winnings. What does this mean? When I read the other review and the player said he/she was on Level 9 and still no cash out, this game can’t be legit. I spent a lot of money getting coins. Now I feel stupid. The game IS fun, but don’t get resurrected unless you have money to burn.

There is no way to win this level! They are total ripoffs and thieves. I wrote to them via email numerous times and they are to chicken-_____ to respond back.

Complete SCAM
I had over $800 that I should have been able to collect. I had the board down to where I could see all remaining tiles but there were a number of tiles that didn’t have three matching tiles, which made it impossible to win.

I’ve played for hours over the past two weeks. I have accumulated over $13,000 but can’t even cash out the initial $300 but the level is literally impossible to beat. The tiles aren’t even there that are needed to pass. I do NOT recasting your time on this one

Level 3 is SO DIFFICULT!!!!
I make $14,998.80 for this game, however, I will NEVER, EVER win this game because its SO DIFFICULT for us to win. I think this company doesn't want to pay us if we don't win. I have tried to win at level 3 but I keep failing SO MANY times like over 100 times or 1000 times. I already contacted support team recently today.
