Worst app- not able to register
Keep throwing error. Not able to register
Useless app
Unable to even set up an account. Have tried multiple platforms to start an account by entering email and password and it won’t connect to server to even get past that point to set up an account, rendering the product useless.
Cannot register because server failed.
The company maybe has no money to keep their server running.

Intento descargar la app y al momento de configurarla sale un error que no me permite avanzar en la creación de la cuenta, mi hijo está muy triste y frustrado y yo decepcionado porque perdí mi dinero. No lo recomiendo

I used to have the app and a account but now I come and it doesn’t work I tried to make a new account reset my password nothing works don’t use this app

Nice robot crappy app
The robot seems cool but the app doesnt work at all. So the robot is just a paperweight.
App full of timeout errors and crashes
Got this as a gift but the software is junk. Had to reload the app 5 times just for it to generate the qr code for programming. Wont load lessons just gives timeout errors
App keeps on Freezing
The app keeps on freezing. Every time I try to press on anything it continues to load and freeze. I am very disappointed.
Doesnt work
I can’t even do anything at all as I can’t sign up. It says error and will not even sign up on the app. This was a gift that my son was so excited about an now it’s going back to the store. Shame! I see so many bad reviews on here and I see rhat nothing is being done about it.
This product isn’t finished. 2 stars is generous
Lots of issues here. The counting is all done with dominoes. To my son a dot and a line and two dots means “stars and line” at best and honestly I’d rather not confuse him. He likes this garbage product because of the replaceable hats so I wish I could just block the bad content so as not to confuse him for school. Why wouldn’t they just use the universal symbols we already have for numbers?
The BIGGEST problem by far though is microphone device/coding. I watch as my son gets correct answer after correct answer and is not rewarded because he didn’t say it while the robot was listening or loud enough or it just didn’t understand him. It’s a product for little kids. How can this be? Even as an adult I can get 4/5 at best. Either bad mics or bad software or something. I explained to him wait for the lips to talk and speak up and he’s trying his best and can’t make it work.
Oh and just for good measure this is my favorite feature... all the games and songs and stories are just randomly in a list you have to scroll through. Endlessly. However for convenience they have a “songs” or “games” or “stories” section to save you time. But again we reach unfinished development because you can’t just push play. No, you have to select a day and month and year and time. So you do it for 1 minute from now and hope the clock doesn’t tick before you push save. Good feature.
We’re smarter than to buy a product like this and it was a gift. If I had purchased this I would be fuming mad.

App keeps crashing on iphone 11
I can’t open the app... it says updating content but it keeps crashing. I have an iPhone 11... this is frustrating
Good for English learning and scores
The ability to see the pronunciation scores when my son practices his English with the robot is a great feature. The app crashed a couple of times. Lessons are good.
Nice interactive robot for my kids
This roybi robot has been a nice addition to my family.The app is easy to use, it has a lot of content and it looks nice. We have had the smart robot for some time and my kids play with it every day. Sometimes, it takes time for the content to load but most of the time it is ok.

We got the product in November 2019 by July 2020 we weren’t able to activate it due unknown error and unresponsive customer service. And after we activated it just to learn that this is useless absolutely primitive dressed up camera has ZERO teaching abilities!!!! Everything this camera (not robot) has to offer you can get from free or cheap interactive games online yet they surely will be more sophisticated!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!! GARBAGE!!!!

Doesn’t work on 5GHz
My son got this for Christmas and we were unable to use it because I would have to reconfigure my WiFi for my entire household to separate out the 2.4GHz signal. When I contacted customer support they said a new update is coming out in January to allow it to use 5GHz. Needless to say we’re halfway through February and I’m still waiting on the update. So it’s collecting dust in my closet.

Can’t activate
When I do then there is a disconnect with what’s happening to Doybi and app. Most frustrating Christmas gift!
