Lovely but not optimized
Cute story, minimized ads. You only see small banner ad and a 5s ad to save progress. Itโs chill and very refreshing compared to the average free smartphone games. Make sure to get all your characters lv 4(โ๏ธbut blue) in warrior, thief, and priest class for their 1.5x bonus that carries across class. Donโt bother filling the skill plate and only get the skills for the characters that will use them.
I wish there was a better in-game explanation for how that worked, where the skill plates are (๐โธ๏ธ), and that you could UNDO a mis-assigned skill plate (say, before using it).
All the same, itโs amazing to get this kind of game, made with love, free on mobile. Give it a shot

So good!
Fun story. Funny writing. Good play. Fun upgrade system. My only complaint is that some of the character arcs feel a little abbreviated. Could have spent more time seeing Melvin change his attitude and become brave.

Good game
Pretty fun and funny little rpg im on
No way to be ad free
Game is good. Ads are a little overwhelming. Iโd pay like $9.99 to be ad free, but thereโs no option to be ad free anywhere so the ads can be a bit much

The game itself is good I would like to see a better layout. There isnโt much of a tutorial about in game mechanics. But overall a very good pixel rpg. I appreciate that the developers only really hit you with an ad to save. Thatโs better than some games that just stop you mid play to show an ad.

Nostalgia from the 90โs
Very nostalgic of the 90โs era of rpgโs. However, almost similar to EarthBound it does not fall into the classic Tolkien or high fantasy style of storytelling but is instead more comedic with breaking the third wall elements at times. In this sense itโs something comfortingly familiar from the past while also providing something new. I am enjoying it 4 hours in thus far.

I donโt think Iโve ever tapped the screen so much in my life to get through all the conversations. Literally 30 minutes of playing. Iโve been able to battle 2 things and the rest is MFing talkingโฆโฆ..

Great Game
Really fun way to level up and get your characters stronger. Good humor and easy to pick up and play. Reminds me of old school RPG games which is right up my alley!
