Check in race participants and volunteers at packet pickup — built for race-day volunteers, not accountants. RPI Checkin connects to your race on regPlanit. Volunteers sign in with the race's check-in password and their name — no accounts, no logins to forget. • Stations — set up different check-in stations (bib table, t-shirt table, volunteer desk) with their own permissions, visible info, and optional station passwords. Configure from the app or the regPlanit admin. • Fast search — one list, one search bar: name, bib, email, or confirmation code. • QR scanning — scan the QR code from a participant's confirmation email to pull them up instantly, or scan to assign bib numbers. • Required fields — require a bib or shirt size before check-in can complete, per event. • Works offline — check-ins queue on the device and sync automatically when signal returns. • Live stats — checked-in counts by event, by station, and by volunteer. • Store pickup — see participants' merch orders at the table.
