Very Good hp 48/49 Emulator
All self respecting engineering school students used the hp (real hp before Compaq merger) 48 and swan song 49 handheld calculators. I am amazed how tell this emulates it. With today’s dollars the real calculators sold for roughy $4k.
Goldilocks RPN
This calculator is just the right mix of features/functions from the wonderful 48 series machine. For those fortunate enough to have learned RPN, you can relive that experience every time you are greeted by a need for computation.

This app is so good that I almost don’t miss my old 48. The haptic feedback upgrade was a great addition. Love that this still works on IOS18.2.

Great HP48 Reimagined
This is the best HP48 RPN style calculator for iOS. Highly recommended if you love RPN and the venerable 48.
Best RPN iOS calculator
I’ve tried several free versions. I read the reviews and figured this one was worth the $4 risk.
No jankyness / bad UI. Mimics my old 48GX pretty well (minus the graphing features). Everything works as expected!
I don’t mind paying for software, especially if it motivates the developer to continue porting the app to each iOS release— (historically, a lot of my freeware apps have lost modern iOS support whenever Apple deprecates an old feature.)

Great RPN calculator app
I used both of the HP SX and GX calculators back in college and loved them. I love having a calculator app that uses RPN and has a stack. The app works great and if you like a RPN calculator, I highly recommend this app.

Indispensable!!
You can’t find a better calculator anywhere. Once you learn Reverse Polish Notation (RPN), an easy proposition, you cannot use any other. You will find even the most difficult computation very easy to resolve.
