Pathetic government waste of time
When you ask a college kid to make you an app for $50 this is what you get.
Totally Glitchy
This app is the worst. One minute it shows manifest, the next minute blank. Create a manifest in the app, like magic it disappears. You guys have got to do better this is no way for a government run program to operate.
Usability and tracking failure
RPRA sent an email saying there’s a feedback survey but nothing shows up.
Early in the information webinars they mentioned there were supposed to be notifications- haven’t received a single one when there has been a change, which is basically every manifest.
No easy way to track manifest closures, just going in one by one, which is slow. Filters reset each time so it’s extremely tedious.
No vetting for signing manifests, which goes against what this was set up for related to TDG. Even though users set up in system, drivers can ask anyone to sign.
No updates in months.

Rpra announced an update a month ago when are we getting an update so the app will actually work again? Maybe?
Another failed government app… big surprise
Why do I have to reset my password EVERY single time I need to use this app? I can’t for the life of me think of a possible reason for this. I’m sick of making up new passwords for it. No one cares about the oily sludge I’m hauling. This isn’t security, it’s unnecessary red tape that wastes time.

Don’t ever expect better from the government
Actual programmers with real skills don’t work for the government. The best part of this app is clicking 2 times for every drop down menu. I hate simply clicking on the thing I want to interact with just one time. So I’m really happy they let me click it 2 times, every day, multiple times a day, for the next decade or 2. This will account for thousands of unnecessary clicks. Thank you, I was in dire need of a way to waste more time.
There’s nothing wrong with pen and paper. This is just easier to track and sell your info. Same as the forced E logs. Control and surveillance.

Constantly reloading app
If you don’t use the app within 24hrs of last use the second you open the app up and enter the manifest number the app goes to a blank white screen an d you have to remove and reinstall the app in order to use it…very frustrating and the app needs work
Cannot add data required for new manifest
Need to be able to add data as required for creating a new manifest.
Handhed App limited in functionality
As a priority item, please provide ability to add a waste generator, including and especially EGR.
All browser based functions must be on handheld function if using this App is mandated by local laws/statutes.

Lost all my manifest
After my update. All my manifests were lost off the app.
