FAQ
What is RPS Vani?
RPS Vani is a hearing companion designed to help users find specific moments within lectures by His Holiness Romapada Swami. It allows for searching topics, organizing lectures systematically, and tracking personal learning progress.
How does RPS Vani's search function work?
You can describe a topic, story, or teaching in plain language. The search will locate the exact moment in the lecture where it is discussed, not just a title match, and will jump the video and transcript to that precise second.
Can I organize lectures in RPS Vani?
Yes, RPS Vani allows you to browse lectures by scripture, festival, retreat, venue, guest, and topic. You can also build your own playlists, loop or shuffle lists, and have lectures play in a continuous order.
Does RPS Vani track my listening progress?
Absolutely. Every lecture resumes from where you left off. Your profile keeps a record of lectures heard, total hours listened, daily streaks, recently heard lectures with timestamps, likes, and a journal for reflections.
Does RPS Vani have ads?
No, RPS Vani is completely ad-free. The app is a non-commercial, devotional offering and does not contain advertisements, tracking SDKs, or in-app purchases.
What devices is RPS Vani available on?
RPS Vani is available on iPhone, iPad, and iPod. It requires an internet connection for playback as it utilizes YouTube.
Is an account required to use RPS Vani?
No, you can use RPS Vani without signing in. However, creating an optional account will sync your progress, playlists, likes, and reflections across different devices.
How often is RPS Vani updated?
The latest version of RPS Vani is 1.4, last updated on September 23, 2026. Updates typically focus on improving functionality and user experience for this devotional learning tool.
