Needs work, great team!
My pump shop was probably one of the first shops to start using RPT. Dustin and his team are great to work with. Great customer service. The computer version is still a lot smoother. There is to many touches or clicks in between screens in app. App has a hard time fitting the screen of iPad and it makes it hard and time consuming to do. I have a a few pages of ideas just not sure what I want to give up. There are a few of my ideas that have been put in RPT already per my request. They are on the right track but keep at it. Most companies in my area won’t use pump shop unless your on RPT. I do and have used this product everyday since its inception. The real benefit of the app is the ease of uploading pictures to a pump report and I have a few more ideas there as well. Thanks keep up the good work, swing by the shop sometime Dustin it’s been awhile don’t forgot about the ones that have been there since the start. We have even made some changes for you to see.
