worst app and such a scam group
i paid 2 days back and downloaded the app . but i was not able to login … no help from customer support too…please dont waste your money by downloading this app and course.
Best content but Poor technicality
There is no issue with the content itself. The teaching quality and course material are among the best in India, and that is the reason many students choose this platform.
However, the technical performance and usability of the platform are very poor. The login process is frustrating, as it requires email login and OTP verification repeatedly. This makes quick access difficult and wastes time for regular users.
The Mac and Windows applications take an unreasonable amount of time to open and close. In some cases, it takes up to five minutes just to start or exit the app. This is not practical for a learning platform.
Additionally, the desktop applications allow access only to FDFC courses. Other workshops must be accessed through the website, forcing users to switch between platforms depending on the course. This breaks continuity and affects the learning flow.
Strong content deserves equally strong technology. Improving performance, simplifying login, and providing consistent access across platforms would greatly improve the overall experience.

Its been almost 2 months since my account is blocked as by mistake i clicked screenshot button multiple times due to change of my phone.
I am chasing the team from 2 months as i am not able to login for which i have paid. As per earlier commitment from team over phone call i was conveyed that it should be done in couple of days but now its almost 2 months and no resolution.
I trusted your coaching but it seems you are not able to fulfill the commitments and i am very disappointed chasing team over phone calls.
I would urge you to help me in this regard as its your failure of commitment and i would need another 2 months of subscription free as its wasted due to your IT glitch as customer service team conveyed to me which they could not able to address.
I will be waiting for your response here and need immediate support in this matter…
