Classplus performance
At the start it was impressive but awful loading time and no prior warning if site is down. It keeps toggling and after watching a video class and when I come back to resume class it restarts.
Horrible experience. Hosting platform shielding misleading creators and denying refunds.
Extremely disappointed with Classplus (Bunch Microtechnologies Pvt Ltd). They host white-labeled apps for creators who sell defective digital assets and then completely ghost consumers. I purchased a digital trading tool through one of their hosted creator applications ('Finance Talks with Rishabh'). The tool did not function as advertised at all.
I raised a complaint and requested a refund well within 24 hours of purchase, but the creator refused to cooperate, and Classplus customer support has completely ignored my emails regarding the transaction. As the payment facilitator and infrastructure provider, Classplus is legally responsible for ensuring their merchants follow fair trade practices. Refusing to step in when a merchant scams a consumer on your platform is highly unprofessional. I have already raised a chargeback dispute via the payment gateway and am escalating this directly to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) if not addressed immediately.

App and class review
I attend Diksha’s learning lab’s classes of Diksha ma’am for FACT 26 forensic Psychology from this application since for apple store direct app was not available. The course was real life saver at the last moment for rapid revision, practice questions and mock tests it helped me alot to prepare for exam structurally in literal last minute. As for application it’s mostly smooth but sometimes loading and downloading material offline turned to be bothersome. I really recommend this course and classes from Diksha ma’am.

First of all, thank you for your guidance throughout the first semester. The overall exam experience was good. The team’s responses were always prompt, and the guidance provided was clear, supportive, and truly helpful.
While students from other agencies were facing difficulties and confusion during the examination period, our agency supported us at every single step. All our doubts were patiently clarified.
