Please Fix the Random Co-Learner Connection Problem
However, since yesterday, I have been facing a major issue. The app is unable to connect me with any random co-learner, no matter how many times I try. I have waited for several minutes on multiple occasions, but every attempt ends with the same message:
“Uh-oh!! We could not find a Random co-learner for you. Can you please try once again shortly?”
This problem has made the app unusable for speaking practice.
Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible. If this is a server-side problem or a temporary bug, it would be helpful to inform users through an in-app notification. I really enjoy using Sivi and hope this issue is resolved soon.
