Very bad application
They offer a 3-day free trial, but after that they automatically charge ₹299. The payment method has auto-pay enabled, so users should make sure to turn off auto-renewal if they do not want to be charged.
Also, there is no refund option after the payment is taken. I do not recommend this app because the content and overall experience were disappointing.

Bad customer service
When I reinstalled the app, my account appeared as a new account, and I could not access any of the benefits for which I was charged. This made the situation even more frustrating.
I tried contacting customer support multiple times, but there has been no response at all. The lack of support and clarity regarding subscriptions is extremely disappointing.
I strongly suggest the developers improve their customer service and make the subscription cancellation process more transparent. Until then, I would not recommend this app to others.
