I paid 40$ for a package of additional materials, only to find out that they aren’t even integrated into the app! Instead, they’re sent to my email as a zip file!!! I use my phone exclusively and hover no way to unzip and access what I purchased. What the hell?
Ok app, incessant upsell even after buying
I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’ve never seen an app as absolutely obnoxiously, pathetically, condescendingly, incessantly, trying to sell itself at every turn. And that’s after I’ve already paid full price for it. At every turn it offers me a different price to buy what I’ve already bought; clicking “don’t show me this again” never works. The prompts to dismiss the popups are tricky so just moving around in the app that I’ve already paid for is a minefield of constant, irritating popups. It wasn’t like this when I first installed it, but in recent weeks this has become unbearable. Canceled. Uninstalling. Even though I already paid and have nearly a year left to use it. Sadly, if it weren’t for this nonsense, the app itself is decent. Beware this vendor.

This is misleading. They claim to offer a money-back guarantee within 14 days. I accidentally purchased the wrong product and contacted them to exchange it for another one, but they did not make the change or respond to my request properly. I’m very disappointed with their customer service.

I like the program overall but many of the clips are really hard to understand because of poor sound quality.
