I have been using Simpler to learn English and have experienced multiple problems that never get resolved. I have sent several emails to their support team and have never once received a reply. The issues keep coming back and nothing is ever fixed. As a paying customer, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Avoid.
