It’s the unique app I pay because it’s the best way to learn English vocabulary
Decent
This is a decent learning app that could use improvement such as when you’re learning new word and phrases, it should tell you exactly what was said in the language you speak so that you’ll have a full understanding. I like that the lesson are short but for the money they charge, it should be a little more elaborate.

Enjoying EWA but..
I really want to read the all of your books in the app but when I open some of the books the app is stopped and I have to close the app. Especially 15mins life change books. What is happening? Can you fix it?

There are so many translation errors. The videos are creative but they are so quick and not articulated. There is no option of going back in some lessons. Is mostly leaning toward European Spanish. Very “ young” and not so funny jokes all around. The reading of books are good.

100% scam, they don’t refund even they promote you can get refund if you cancel within 2weeks. DON’T EVEN TRY. I paid this rubbish app for $150. This is just fraud!!!!!!

Can’t Cancel Subscription
I have tried numerous times to cancel my subscription, yet they keep charging me. I email support, they continue to ask questions (all of which I answer), yet do not cancel my subscription. I have never had a service that was so difficult to cancel. The app itself is fine if you are looking to learn one of the few languages they offer, but customer service is a joke.

Needs improvement
When I want to review a book page, it makes me quit and relaunch the app. It often gets stuck on a page in the books - and again the only option is to quit the app. So after 5 minutes of that, I don’t got back for a week. It would be a nice app if the developers actually used it, they’d easily see that the book section just doesn’t work.

Be Careful Before Subscribing (Difficult to Cancel)
I was very disappointed with my experience.
I initially subscribed because I wanted to learn English, but the app was slow and didn’t work properly. I contacted support early on to request a refund due to the issues, but it wasn’t approved.
What frustrated me the most was that I didn’t realize my subscription kept renewing for three months. The subscription didn’t appear in my Apple Subscriptions, so I had no idea it needed to be cancelled separately through their website. By the time I discovered this, I had already been charged for three months of a service I wasn’t using.
When I explained the situation and asked if they could make an exception, they refused and only referred me to their refund policy.
Please be aware that if you subscribe, make sure you know exactly how to cancel it, as it may not appear in your Apple subscriptions.

I love this app. This app is my lifeline. Who would I be without this app?
Active subscription not recognized
I have an active annual subscription purchased through the App Store. This is the second time EWA has stopped recognizing my subscription and switched my account to the limited version. When I tap Restore Purchases, I get a restore error. I have to contact support every time to regain access. This is very frustrating. The app itself is great, but subscription reliability needs to be fixed.
