Impossible to Use
Worst app I’ve ever tried to use. Can’t pay your bill on your phone with button placement. Takes forever to load. How can this app exist in 2021? Look and operation is archaic. Had to delete because it’s so useless.
Pay Bill button inaccessible
Or only used a couple other features on this app and they seem to work okay. But you cannot pay your Bill from the app. Looks like the functionality is there... maybe. But you can’t get past the overview page because the button your need to click to start to process a payment is hidden by the footer.

Useless App
If you want to pay your water bill on-line, this app will really disappoint you. The advertisement banner at the bottom of the page that prevents you from clicking the “Pay” button is the latest comedy of errors the page has gone through. More excuses are made than actual fixes. Glad its free.
App Crashes
App crashes and won’t even open anymore. Update it to latest iOS please
Residential Brush Pickup, Recycling Day
I use this most for remembering if this week is recycling, but it is absolutely amazing for scheduling residential brush pickup. Thanks, Round Rock.
